“Skill Development will Lead to Women Empowerment”- Mrs. Seeme Murtaza

“Skill development will lead to women empowerment” told by Mrs. Seeme Murtaza, Head of the Department, Art Education, Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi. She was the Chief Guest of the Certificate Distribution Ceremony of Certificate Course on Hand Embroidery organised by  Women’s Manifesto in association with Human Welfare Foundation at Om Nagar, Meethapur, New Delhi on Saturday, 29th July, 2017. She talked about the importance of education and how skill development programme will lead to women empowerment and help them to be independent. She distributed the certificates to the candidates who successfully completed the course. The programme started with the presidential remarks given by the Mrs. Swaliha CA, the President of Women’s Manifesto. Mr. Zahid Hussain, Assistant Manager of Women Empowerment Department, Human Welfare Foundation talked about the need for the placement of these skilled women candidates and our role as human being towards the society. Dr. Sharnas Muthu, General Secretary of Women’s Manifesto gave memento to the Chief Guest and programme ends with the vote of thanks of Ms. Sonia. Ms. Umme Fatima and Ms. Conain coordinated the programme.  Out of thirty registered candidates thirteen successfully completed the course.
